They and their support staff will manage the requirements for Contractual Client ticket sales and customer service. The Ticketmaster Account Manager is responsible for all aspects of the Archtics primary ticketing system manifests events inventory management and reporting. All ticket inventory initially resides on the Archtics ticketing system before distribution to Ticketmaster sales Channels. Archtics will be the primary ticketing system used for the Pan Am Games. The Account Manager role would primarily oversee the contractual client aspect of the TO2015 ticketing operation as well as the management of all inventory on the primary ticketing system. General public ticket sales and service are managed through the ticketing service provider (Ticketmaster). Ticket sales and service provided to these groups is managed directly through TO2015 offices. Contractual clients, consist of all non-public groups which may include the Pan Am Family, Sponsors, National Committees, Government Agencies, Tour Companies, Hotel Chains, etc. Pan Am ticketing is traditionally divided into two distinct groups: the General Public and the Contractual Clients.
